2024 ANNUAL MEETING & CONFERENCE
Business Partner Packages
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the conference through one of our Business Partner Packages. Due to overwhelming demand and limited space, TACC-CIO is limiting the number of business partner sponsorships for this year's conference and are subject to conference committee acceptance.
As a business partner, you will enjoy a range of benefits that showcase your commitment to supporting technical excellence and innovation in our member institutions. To provide more meaningful engagements, certain sponsorship levels may choose either Monday or Tuesday for their onsite presence. The Business Partner Inquiry form may be found at the link below.
All interested partners must complete this Business Partner Sponsorship Inquiry Form.
- Location: Dallas College, Cedar Valley Campus
- Dates: November 4th – 6th
- Submission Due Date: July 31, 2024
- Sponsorship Selection Announcement Date: September 6, 2024
Sponsorship Levels
Platinum Business Partner ($3,500) – Limit to 2
- Preferred exhibit space – Monday and Tuesday
- 50-minute presentation to the entire group
- Presentation will be recorded and shared with all TACC-CIO members
- Four attendees (One additional attendee allowed - $200)
- Assigned breakout room for one-on-one discussions.
- Breakfast and lunch, Monday and Tuesday
- Sponsor logo / advertising on digital signage and printed materials
- Introduction during the opening session and recognition during the annual meeting
- Attendees may attend non-competitor’s sessions
- Admission for TWO attendees to the Monday evening member events
Sustaining Business Partner ($2,500) – Limit to 6
- Exhibit space, one day attendance, Monday or Tuesday
- 50-minute presentation to interested members
- Presentation will be recorded and shared with all TACC-CIO members
- Two attendees (One additional attendee allowed - $200)
- Breakfast and lunch, Monday and Tuesday
- Sponsor logo / advertising on digital signage and printed materials
- Attendees may attend non-competitor’s sessions
Valued Business Partner ($1,500) – Limit to 6
*Requires a co-presentation with a TACC-CIO member(s)
- Exhibit space, one day attendance, Monday or Tuesday
- 50-minute presentation to interested members
- Presentation will be recorded and shared with all TACC-CIO members
- Two attendees (One additional attendee allowed - $200)
- Breakfast and lunch, Monday and Tuesday
- Sponsor logo / advertising on digital signage and printed materials
- Attendees may attend non-competitor’s sessions
Exhibitor ($1,000) – Limited to available space
- Exhibit Space, one day attendance, Monday or Tuesday
- One attendee (One additional attendee allowed - $200)
- Breakfast and lunch on assigned day
- Sponsor logo on digital signage and any printed materials
